ADOPTION FINAL 5-14-06!
Adam is a red tricolor boy, born 6-30-05. He was left at the shelter when his owner realized she did not have the time or resources to raise a puppy in her apartment. Left alone, he soiled the house and was destructive.
Since he arrived at his foster home, he's begun to blossom and has not had any accidents. He immediately took to the security of the crate and is learning to walk on a leash. He knows "sit" will get him a treat.
Adam is still very shy, and will need an experienced home where he can continue to grow and gain confidence with positive new experiences. Because he was not raised with small children, he should go to a home with dog-wise children 12 or older.
He is learning manners from the other dogs in his foster home and is also learning to respect the dog-wise cats. Adam is now neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations and heartworm prevention. This delightful little guy is looking for a home of his own!
Adam is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
